At GymPin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your training gear; if a product doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely package your GymPin products in their original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns facility and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned hardware for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
